Say Something

It really is like no other experience out there. Tapping in to tap out, what an interesting thought!
What is also very interesting is the flow of writing that happens when you get out of the way. Half made sentences, half made thoughts, half closed eyes and legs, what else is half? Breath, r u still breathing? Good. Notice that you are and take a couple conscious breaths , honouring the life that is . the intelligence that flows. Like water. It likes ease. Spirit likes ease. It doesn’t work well with struggle, tension or force. It chooses the path of least resistance and likes to flow. Just the idea of that makes me smile. Sigh of relief.
