Truthfully, when I got my first ‘smart phone’ I knew our whole existence was about to change. Naturally I resisted it for as long as I could and now I get annoyed when the wi-fi cuts out for even 1 min 😅
I tell my ayahuasca journey in 6 minutes with 20 slides. It was the first time my parents heard this full story, they were sitting in the audience.
2 days, 2 ceremonies, 1 week of breath-work and detox = life changing experience.
I thought doing Ayahuasca was the “end of healing” for me LOL…how cute. Now I help people integrate their experiences.
This has to be one of my most favourite segments I ever had the courage to do, sitting with two of my teachers and mentors at one time.

I wholeheartedly believe that if you commitment to walking your spiritual path it will lead you to the most enlightening, purposeful and meaningful life you could live! I also believe having a strong spiritual foundation based on truth found only in your heart can make you resilient to anything life throws your way.
