After identifying where imbalances lay within you we begin the sound journey. Your only job is to relax. Some instruments I play are flute, drum, bowls, chimes, rattle. Sound, frequency and vibration are AMAZING healing tools to dislodge dense emotions, transmute emotional signatures that are unidentifiable to the conscious mind and provide deep relaxation amongst other benefits. I’ve used sound and instruments for a long time in my own practice and would love to share this healing practice with you.

It’s important to remember not all the sessions will have the same flow. I’ve had sessions where the client just needed to talk openly and honestly express themselves to someone they trusted. There will usually be a process and some type of breath-work, meditation, energy work, assignment or activity to really ground the work done in the session. What is the new narrative you are creating?

It’s important to remember that we don’t only have to work on our problems, working with your goals is a GREAT experience too. Quite often, doing the work on the problem will ultimately lead to finding out what your true authentic goals in life are.

Your commitment is imperative to this process. While I’m here to help hold you accountable to your goals, dreams and desires, I cannot do the work for you. I can hold contact, space, care and acceptance in a loving and supportive manner and also know that I will not let you slide on the things you want.

Healing enough to the point where you are able to process your own thoughts and emotions and hold yourself in a loving kind way is my intention! You can save/heal yourself.

This is going to fun! Self-discovery has a way of going up and down. Know that you will experience highs and lows and you should expect changes in your everyday life when doing this work.

When we clear emotional and energetic blockages, especially the huge ones, events, circumstances, attitudes and outcomes that happen in life tend to move quickly in the external world. I’m here to help you navigate.

Please bring a journal to every session and write questions you may have during the week. I’ll also check in with you mid-week via text or phone call.

Ahead of our first official session together, contemplate what the biggest challenge is in your life, where do you experience the most disharmony, where are you blocked, or what goal would you like to achieve. What’s the first thing that comes up for you when you think about what’s bothering you?. Be as specific and concise as possible.

Be prepared with water, a journal and pen, and make yourself comfortable. Make sure you have set aside this time for yourself, so you will be uninterrupted. Turn off all electronics and make your space distraction free. I look forward to meeting with you soon.

I use all my creativity, intuition, voice and sound recording skills to create for you a personalized empowerment meditation track that is intended to be listened to daily, just for you. We do one session together and then I create. It will have specific wording and imagery tailored to your life.
